So, I have missed Megacon this weekend. I'm saddened to see it leave without my attendance, but this year I just couldn't work it all out. I'm happy to hear that everyone had fun, and the only bad thing seemed to be the towing of multiple cars.
The only exciting thing that happened this weekend involved http://www.tonywasright.com/ and a great read of The Five Nightmares and Iron Man. Nothing is better than curling up and reading a great comic book in the early hours of Sunday morning. Now I want that shirt so badly, but I'll have to make it myself. Oh the woes of being a dork.

A New Start
People have always told me that regonizing that you have a problem, asking for help was the hardest thing you could do. I never fully understood them until now.
I'm not going to go into full detail about what happened, but I'm glad to say that it's finally over.
It's amazing how much you can see when everything is unclouded.
I'm going to use this thing more often, I just have to remember to use it.

A New Forum
Just somewhere new to post all of my stuff. Live Journal is becoming more of a hassle than anything, but eh. I don't know.
Watching the Golden Globes dejectedly. Almost that I wanted to win has lost, but I'm watching Kate Winslet's acceptance speech for Revolutionary Road, and that seems to fade. An incredibly heart-felt speech, that makes watching 3 hours of nonsense seem reasonable.
I've always loved award shows, I can faintly remember staying awake until 11pm to hear the name of the movie that would take home the title "Best Picture". Other than Megan, none of my friends seem to share the same enthusiasm as myself.
So here it goes, Best Picture goes to... Slumdog Millionare? Man, I got to see this movie.
